O R D E R

This Revision arises out of the order passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai passed in I.A.No.112 of 2012 in C.M.A.(CS)No.19 of 2012.

2. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader and perused the records.

3. While admitting the appeal, the learned Principal District Judge granted stay of the award passed in the surcharge proceedings. It is seen that the order impugned in this Revision has been passed on 28.09.2012 and the order copy was received by the petitioner in the month of June 2013. However, this Revision came to be filed only on 27.01.2016.

4. This Court is not inclined to admit the Revision and the Revision is dismissed on the ground of latches. However, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Principal District Judge, Madurai is directed to dispose of the appeal in CMA.(CS) No.19 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 31.08.2016.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
