ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No. 286 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner here said to have broke open the hundi in the temple ad taken Rs.5000/-, hence the case.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an unsound mind person and he has also produced the medical records to that effect.

5. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that three similar previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

6. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is having 3 similar previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
