The petitioner seeks release of petition mentioned vehicle. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the vehicle has been produced before the Jurisdictional Court.

3.Therefore, without going into the merits of the matter, I permit the petitioner to move before the jurisdictional Court for his relief. If the petitioner files a petition for release of vehicle, the same shall be disposed of by the Court below, within a period of 10 days thereafter.
