Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair order and decreetal passed in I.A.No. 159 of 2014 in O.S.No. 33 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif- cum Judicial Magistrate, Bodinaickkanur, Theni District dated 15.2.2016.

Order: This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition, affidavit and earlier order of this Court and upon perusal of the letter from District Munsif, Bodinaickkanur vide his letter D.No.1246/2018 dated 6.12.2018 requesting to extend the time by three months to dispose of the case in O.S.No. 33/2014 and this Court made the following order:

"The District Munsif, Bodinaickkanur by letter dated 06.12.2018 has explained the reasons for not being able to comply the order to pass judgment in O.S.No.33 of 2014 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order dated 29.08.2018 in C.R.P.(MD) No.1295 of 2016.

2. Accepting the reasons stated, time is extended for passing judgment in the said suit till 31.03.2019 and the report of complaince shall be sent to the Registry within a week from the date of passing judgment".
