ORDER

This revision is filed seeking for a direction to the First Additional Sub Court, Madurai (Camp Court, Melur) to dispose of the application in I.A.No.386 of 2015 in H.M.O.P.No.362 of 2015, within a time frame.

2. Mr.K.Sekar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.362 of 2015 against the first petitioner for divorce, in which the petitioners filed an application in I.A.No.386 of 2015 under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act seeking interim alimony. However, the application is being adjourned without any progress, which causes prejudice to the petitioners.

3. Considering the above submissions, this Court directs the learned First Additional Sub Judge, Madurai (Camp Court, Melur) to dispose of the application in I.A.No.386 of 2015 in H.M.O.P.No.362 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 31.08.2016.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
