This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 04.07.2018.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the complaint preferred by the petitioner was enquired and the same was closed as "false complaint". A closure report has also been produced before this Court.
