This petition has been filed seeking the relief to call for the records relating to the First Information Report in Crime No.85 of 2018, dated 27.04.2018, on the file of the respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police had completed the investigation and filed a final report in Crime No.85 of 2018 before the learned Additional District Judge & Presiding Officer, Principal Special Court under EC Act, (NDPS Court), Madurai, on 02.09.2020.
