RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the Principal District and Sessions Court, Kanyakumar at Nagercoil to dispose the S.C.No.20 of 2016 on the file of the Princiapl District and Sessions Court, kanyakumari at Nagercoil as expeditious within stipulated time fixed by this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.MANIMARAN,Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.ANANDHRAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- By letter, dated 28.09.2018 addressed to the Additional Registrar General, the learned Additional District Judge, (Fast Track Court), Nagercoil has requested further time of three months to dispose of the S.C.No.20 of 2016. The reasons stated by the learned judge is that P.W.1 to P.W.4 were examined and there are 44 other witnesses were yet to be examined.

2.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 16.07.2018.
