Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is a senior citizen. She is a lady. The petitioner states that even though she made an application for grant of old age pension, she has not been granted. Hence, she filed this Writ Petition.

W.P.(MD)No.10384 of 2020 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader took quick steps and verified the petitioner's entitlement, which is not in dispute. 4.Therefore, the respondents are directed to sanction the old age pension to the petitioner herein with effect from 01.09.2020.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
