ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No. Not known of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

No.9597 of 2022 4.Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie made out against the petitioner, register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
