Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate protection to the petitioner for construction of compound wall for his house situated in Plot No.11, Var Pattu, Ponnamaravathy Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking for a police protection on the ground that the petitioner is attempting to construct compound wall in his property and the same is being prevented by the fourth and fifth respondents. 2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The dispute projected in this case is purely civil in nature and the police cannot intervene in the dispute between the petitioner and the fourth and fifth respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The petitioner will have to workout his right only before competent civil Court. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
