Challenging the sale notice dated 08.04.2022, issued by the respondent - Bank, under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002, the instant writ petition has been filed by the writ petitioner.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent - Bank submitted that the sale as scheduled on 18.05.2022 had not been taken place and the same is deferred. Therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication.
