This Review Application has been filed as against the order dated 05.02.2025 passed in WP(MD)No.2304 of 2024 on the file of this Court. 2.This Court, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and having perused the grounds of this Review Application, does not see any reason to review the order passed by this Court. 3.The only ground argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the claim petition, which was filed by the petitioner under Section 33(C)(2) of the I.D.Act is to be treated as an application under Section 2A(2) of the Industrial Disputes (Amendment) Act, 2010, does not deserve any consideration on the claim made by the petitioner for compensation before the Labour Court.
