ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the second respondent dated 05.07.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the second respondent to grant permission to the temple festival for conducting "Aadal Padal Kalai Nigalchi"at the evening hours on 26.07.2018 with necessary police protection in Sri Karuppusamy Temple, Mallapuram Post, Vedachandur Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Admittedly, the representation dated 05.07.2018, has been submitted by the petitioner in his individual capacity and therefore, this Court cannot entertain this Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, if any representation is made either by a member of Vizha Kuzhu or the Trustee or the organization, the same shall be considered by the second respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 25.07.2018. No costs.
