ORDER

This revision is filed seeking for a direction to the Principal District Court, Dindigul to dispose of the application in I.A.No.34 of 2014 in Trust O.P.No.160 of 2009, within a time frame.

2. Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners filed Trust O.P.No.160 of 2009 seeking permission to alienate the properties of the trust, in which the respondent filed I.A.No.34 of 2014 seeking permission of the Court to cross-examine the witness. It is further submitted that though the petitioners filed their counter on 16.06.2016, the petition is being adjourned without any progress, which causes prejudice to the petitioner.

3. Considering the above submissions, this Court directs the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul to dispose of the application in I.A.No.34 of 2014 in Trust O.P.No.160 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 15.08.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
