ORDER

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent on the last hearing date on 20.06.2023 placed before this Court the proceedings of the District Level Grievance Redressal Committee, Ramanathapuram and submitted that the representation of the petitioner, which is the subject matter of this Contempt Petition, was duly considered by passing final orders in the said representation. The learned counsel for the petitioner on 20.06.2023 sought time to get instructions with regard to the statement made by the learned Government Advocate.

2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the representation given by the petitioner has not been properly considered.

In such an event, this Court is of the considered view that the only remedy available to the petitioner is to challenge the order passed by the respondent pursuant to the directions given by this Court on 09.03.2022 in W.P. (MD).No.4212 of 2022 in the manner known to the petitioner under law. The scope of this Contempt Petition is very limited. As the respondent has obeyed the 2/4

order of this Court by passing final orders based on the petitioner's representation, no further adjudication is required from this Court in this Contempt Petition.
