O R D E R

This revision has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Trichirappalli to dispose of O.S.No.238 of 2015 within a stipulated time.

2. I have perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition and other materials.

3. In the affidavit filed in support of the petitioner, it has been stated that the suit was filed for partition in the year 2014 and the petitioner was impleaded as 20th defendant in the suit. Though the petitioner was ready to get along with the case, the plaintiffs/respondents 1 to 4 have been unnecessarily dragging on the proceedings and the delay in disposal of the case causes prejudice to the interest of the petitioner.

5. Considering the averments contained in the affidavit, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli is directed to dispose of O.S.No.238 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
