ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to grant permission to conduct Kabbadi Tournament on 13.07.2018 from 10.00p.m., to 15.07.2018 at 10.00 p.m., at Anthoniyar Thidal, Purathakudi Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, he made a representation on 27.06.2018, to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme on 13.07.2018 and approached this Court only on 13.07.2018, on the day of function. Therefore, this Court cannot grant any relief to the petitioner. However, this order will not stand in the way of respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
