O R D E R

This revision has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Trichirappalli to dispose of (Inam) C.M.A.No.1 of 2014 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Mr.Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been in possession and enjoyment of the scheduled property and he has filed the appeal for relief of grant of patta under Section 15 of Inam Abolition Act. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the senior citizen and has been suffering from Type II Diabetes mellitus and diabetic nephropathy and the delay in disposal of the appeal causes prejudice to the interest of the petitioner.

4. Considering the above submission, the Subordinate Court-cum-Abolition Tribunal, Trichirappalli, shall dispose of the appeal in Inam C.M.A.No.1 of 2014 as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
