ORDER

Before commencing his argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will not press the writ prayer regarding compensation.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the local body submitted that the panchayat board meeting will be convened this weekend and that the petitioner's request for mutation will be accepted. The learned standing counsel categorically stated that the petitioner's grievance will be redressed and house tax receipt will be issued in favour of the petitioner.
