O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue non traceable certificate in respect of the documents viz., Original Sale Deed in Document No.1188/1989 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Ottapidaram.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has appeared before the Enquiry Officer on 09.07.2021 and gave a statement.

3. Since this petition is filed seeking a direction to issue non-traceable certificate, in view of a Circular issued by the Director General of Police, the Enquiry Officer has to scrupulously follow the procedure and therefore, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a stipulated time. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and act on the basis of the outcome of the enquiry within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
