PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to give adequate police protection for his life and limb considering the representation of the petitioner dated 28.06.2021.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to give adequate police protection for his life and limb considering the representation of the petitioner dated 28.06.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner is residing in Chennai, without summoning him, he is not in a position to appear.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner did not co-operate for the enquiry. Further, during the course of enquiry, the private respondent gave a statement to the effect that he will not make any objection with regard to the construction if any done in the disputed property. So, on that basis, the complaint was closed.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD.)No.8567 of 2021 further consideration or adjudication in this petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to redress his grievances through appropriate proceedings, if any trouble arises in future.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
