ORDER

*********** Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents.

2.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner is working as B.T. Assistant (Mathematics) in Kallikudi Union. She was issued with charge memo dated 03.05.2018, calling upon the petitioner to offer her explanations. The petitioner has offered her explanation on 21.05.2018.

4.It is for the second respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's explanation, if the petitioner's explanation is acceptable and further action can be dropped. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.The Second respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's explanation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other. 6.The Writ Petition stands allowed accordingly. No costs.
