O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Official Respondents 1 to 6 and the learned counsel appearing for the 9th respondent. The Notices do not appear to have been served on the respondents 7 and 8, but considering the nature of relief to be granted, an order can be passed in their absence also.
2.The petitioner alleges that there has been illegal removal of sand from Survey No.319/13, on the file of M.Puliyankulam Village. Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court, the Tahsildar, Kallikudi Taluk, had undertaken the field visit and confirms the allegations made by the petitioner herein. Therefore, the second respondent as well as the sixth respondent are directed to take cognizance of the petitioner's complaint and take consequential action.
3. This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the aforesaid directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
