ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of her application dated 10.06.2020 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, she submitted an application dated 10.06.2020 before the respondents 1 and 2 to sub-divide and issue separate patta to the petitioner with regard to Survey No.309 situated at Karungal Village, Kujiliyamparai Taluk, Dindigul District. Since no action has been taken on the side of the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's application dated 10.06.2020 would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.10472 of 2020 5.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 10.06.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
