ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.9 of 2021 dated 18.02.2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent and transfer the same to the 3rd respondent for proper investigation

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that already investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and it is pending trial thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Since already investigation was completed and final report filed it is not appropriate to transfer the investigation at this stage.
