ORDER

This revision is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Rent Controller cum District Munsif, Thanjavur to dispose of the original petition in R.C.O.P.No.12 of 2007, within a time frame.

2. Mr.T.Antony Arul Raj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the original petition filed for fixation of fair rent is pending, since 2007, which causes prejudice to the petitioner.

3. Considering the above submission, this Court directs the learned Rent Controller cum District Munsif, Thanjavur to dispose of the original petition in R.C.O.P.No.12 of 2007 as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 31.12.2016.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
