ORDER

This revision is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judge Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the divorce petition in H.M.O.P.No.575 of 2011 within the stipulated time. 2.Heard Mr.T.R.Jeyapalam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.575 of 2011, against the respondent under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for divorce. The respondent filed her counter on 01.08.2013 and subsequently, the trial of the petition commenced on 07.05.2014 and past 2 years, the case is being adjourned for crossexamination of P.W.1. 4.The learned counsel further submitted that the delay in disposing of the case, causes prejudice to the interest of the petitioner and therefore, he has filed the present civil revision petition for speedy disposal of H.M.O.P.

5.Considering the above fact, this Court directs the learned Judge Family Court, Madurai to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.575 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 31.12.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
