ORDER

The petitioner is the unsuccessful tenant in R.C.O.P.No.149 of 2014 filed by the first respondent herein. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners filed R.C.A.No.18 of 2018. Pending disposal of R.C.A.No.18 of 2018, the first respondent/tenant filed E.P.No.111 of 2018. The Rent Control Appellate Court/Princpal Sub Court, Tiruchirappalli dismissed R.C.A.No.18 of 2018 on 03.08.2022. E.P.No.111 of 2018 was allowed on 13.12.2021.

2. Earlier, the petitioner filed CRP(MD)No.350 of 2022, pending disposal of R.C.A. The said civil revision petition was allowed by this Court on 25.03.2022. Thus, order dated 13.12.2021 was allowed .

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the property was demolished on 07.09.2022. It is therefore submitted that the respondents have committed contempt.

4. On a query as to whether any other civil revision petition was filed by the petitioner against the adverse orders passed in R.C.A.No.18 of 2018 2/4

on 03.08.2022, the answer is in the negative. Therefore, there is no case made out for contempt. That apart, the respondent has succeeded in R.C.O.P.No. 149 of 2014 as early as on 13.12.2021. There is no case for contempt. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands dismissed. 07.06.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No Sn 3/4
