Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that after completion of the preliminary enquiry conducted based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein, the Directorate, Vigilance and Anti Corruption Department, Chennai, is ordered to register regular case against Mr.G.Mohan, former Assistant Engineer and Mr.V.Sakthivel, Retired Assistant Executive Engineer, Agricultural Engineering Department, Virudhunagar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The respondents shall proceed and complete the investigation and file final report within a period of four months.
