ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the Impugned Refusal Check Slip in Refusal Number: RFL/Kanyakumari Joint 1/20/2025, dated 29.03.2025 and consequently, to direct the 1st Respondent to register the Supplemental Memorandum of Deposit (MOD) relating to Deposit of Title Deeds dated 29.03.2025 within time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.In the impugned refusal slip, it is stated that two writ petitions were pending regarding the said property.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the said two writ petitions were dismissed on 02.08.2024 and are not pending. Hence, the said reason is incorrect.

4.Therefore, the impugned order is quashed. More over, it is only registering of supplemental memorandum of deposit of title deeds and the same cannot be refused. Therefore, the respondents are directed to register the 2/4

Supplemental Memorandum of Deposit (MOD) relating to Deposit of Title Deeds dated 29.03.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
