ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, in Crime No.206 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Taking note of the nature of the allegations made against the petitioners, the petitioners are permitted to surrender before the learned Jurisdictional Special Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The petitioners shall notify the defacto complainant with regard to the exact date of surrender through registered post. This communication shall be sent at-least one week in advance before the date of surrender.

Service of such notice will be taken as service on the defacto complainant for the purpose of statute. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.On such surrender by the petitioners and their application for regular bail, the learned Jurisdictional Special Court is directed to consider the bail application and dispose of the same on the same day.

5.With these observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
