This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to direct 2nd respondent to give necessary Police protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and limbs by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 27.04.2022 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record. 2/4

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that, on the representation given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), no further order is required to be passed in this petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
