RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioners by this Honourable court in Crl.O.P.No.5871 of 2022 dt. 06/05/2022 as to directing the petitioners shall report before the singampunari Police Station, Sivagangai District instead of the Aranthangi Police Station. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MAHENDRAN K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P (MD).No.5871 of 2022 dated 06.05.2022 and direct them to report before Singampunari Police Station, Sivagangai District instead of Aranthangi Police Station.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.6206 of 2022 effect that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Singampunari Police Station, Sivagangai District, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed on the petitioners by this Court are unaltered.
