RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioners by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No. 5733 of 2022 dt 06/05/2022 as to directing the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily 10.30a.m. For a period of one month.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MAHENDRAN K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P (MD).No.5733 of 2022 dated 06.05.2022 and direct them to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation, instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one month. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
