ORDER : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti, vide the letter in D.No.2868/2018 dated 06.12.2018, this Court made the following order:- The Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti by letter dated 06.12.2018 has explained the reasons for not being able to comply the order to pass judgment in A.S.No.16 of 2013 within six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of that order.

Accepting the reasons stated, time is extended for passing judgment in the said Appeal Suit till 28.02.2019 and the report of compliance shall be sent to the Registry within a week from the date of passing judgment.
