This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the complaint dated 04.06.2018 given by the petitioner against the accused mentioned in the complaint.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.06.2018, has been registered in Crime No.193 of 2018 on 07.07.2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 427, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC and he has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
