PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Not known of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323, 406, 498(A), 506(1) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.Not known of 2022, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie made out against the petitioners, register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the petitioners are directed to co-operate for the enquiry.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
