Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal presented on 05.03.2020 in person before the first respondent preferred against the order passed by the second respondent in Mu.Mu.A2/784/2020 dated 14.02.2020 in respect of mutation of patta within the period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of his appeal dated 05.03.2020.

2.Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 05.03.2020.

5.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's appeal dated 05.03.2020, would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

W.P(MD)No.10390 of 2020 6.In the light of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 05.03.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the other interested parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, 7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
