RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the order dated 26.04.2022 made in Crl.OP.(MD)No.7707/2022 has been passed by the Hon'ble High Court and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Ramanathapram District 10.30 a.m. instead of Inspector of Police, Uchipuli Police Station, Ramanathapuram at 10.30 am so as to comply with the said condition. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VISHNU J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the order dated 26.04.2022 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7707 of 2022 passed by this Court and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram District, at 10.30 a.m., instead of the Inspector of Police, Uchipuli Police Station, Ramanathapuram at 10.30 a.m.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

CRL MP(MD) No.6208 of 2022 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram District daily at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders and the other conditions imposed on the petitioner by this Court are unaltered.
