ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime No.766 of 2015 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. According to the petitioner, the case in Crime No.766 of 2015 has been registered in the year 2015 and so far no charge sheet has been filed.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents seeks six weeks time to complete the enquiry and file a charge sheet.
4. Considering the submissions made by both parties, this Court directs the second respondent to file a charge sheet within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
