O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioners and their family members by considering the petitioners' representations dated 17.06.2020 and 21.08.2020.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the representations of the petitioners have been received by the second respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in Ref No.ETG20061198 and C.S.R.No.98 of 2020. He would further submit that after due enquiry, the same has been closed by giving proper advice to approach the Court of law.

3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) is recorded.
