ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.192 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent. 2.On the earlier date, a submission was made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to the effect that investigation is completed in this case and final report is also made ready. 3.The grievance of the petitioners is that it is a case in counter case. Insofar as the case in Crime No.191 of 2021, no final report has been made ready.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report in Crime No.191 of 2021 is ready and it would be filed before the concerned court within a short time.
