The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 27.02.2025 passed in W.P(MD)No. 5250 of 2025.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the contemnor / respondent submitted that the order of this Court, dated 27.02.2025 passed in W.P(MD)No. 5250 of 2025 has been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No. 875/A3/2025, dated 17.03.2025.
