O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam, Madurai to complete the trial in C.C.No.14 of 2015 within a stipulated time.

2. It is brought to the knowledge of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court, by order dated 13.12.2017, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3061 of 2013, directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai to dispose of the C.C.No.293 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Court. Now, the aforesaid case has been transferred to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, Madurai and renumbered as C.C.No.14 of 2015 and the same is pending. Hence, the petitioner has filed the Criminal Original Petition before this Court seeking the aforesaid relief.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the accused has filed an application under Section 311 of Cr.P.C., to recall P.W.2 and the same is pending.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission made by both parties and considering the earlier order passed by this Court on 13.12.2017, no further order is required in the present Criminal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
