Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly brought to my notice that even before filing of the above writ petition, the petitioner has moved revision before the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul and the same is pending.

3. I have gone through the grounds of challenge to the order impugned in the present writ petition, which is also in parallel being challenged by way of revision proceedings under the Patta Passbook Act. I do not prima facie find any ground made out for violation of principles of natural justice for this Court to assume jurisdiction and set aside the impugned order. In any event, the petitioner has already availed the statutory remedy available under the Act and revision is pending before the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul. 2/4

4. In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul to dispose of the petitioner's revision, after affording a fair opportunity to the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent by way of personal hearing, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the event of District Revenue Officer, Dindigul finding that there are rival claims to title, then the he shall relegate the parties to the competent Civil Court and shall not render any findings on disputed questions of fact or title.
