This Civil Revision petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order, dated 12.10.2015 passed in I.A.No.1113 of 2014 in O.S.No.200 of 2010, on the file of the District Munsif, Kulithalai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the suit itself has been disposed of by the trial Court on 05.10.2017 and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
