This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction, to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioners and their family members' life and limb from the respondents 3 to 8 and their henchmen.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.9092 of 2020 Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the first petitioner, dated 25.08.2020, the second respondent herein initiated an enquiry in Sl.No.105/E6PS/RMD/2020 and the same is still pending on his file. Further, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that during the time of enquiry, if it is found necessary, sufficient protection will be given to the petitioners. 3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
