ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quash of the FIR in Crime No.15 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report in SC No.237 of 2025 has been filed before the learned Judge, Additional District Court, Paramakudi, and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 10.02.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm 2/4
