Respondents PRAYER :- This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to amend the prayer to issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, calling for the records relating to the impugned Proforma-A dated 13.02.2026 issued by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal, consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to include the petitioners name in the panel for appointment to the post of Assistant Accounts Officer (Class IV) in the Tamil Nadu Treasuries and Accounts Service for the year 2024-2025 within time frame fixed by this court. 1/3
